| | We had our first Saturday Ultimate pickup game today, from 12:30 p.m.-3
p.m. at the corner of Clay and College avenues -- that's on MacMurray's
campus. That's going to be our regular meeting time for a while. Come
out sometime and join us.
We're playing Ultimate tomorrow in Springfield, too, if that's better for you.
U.S. Senator Barack Obama was the speaker at the conference I went to
yesterday. He was fairly interesting. It was a little odd to see
stories on the AP wire about the speech. I could have gotten
myself in position to get a hand shake and/or had my picture taken with
him, but that also seemed a little unnecessary. Politics really isn't
my thing.
OK, lots to do at work today. I better get to it.
